All items sold "as-is, where-is" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Item quality, condition and all other information regarding items were described to us by the seller(s). No warranty or guarantee, actual or implied, regardless of information or description. See item description and photos before bidding. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and at the auction but makes no representations. In no event shall Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who are not present at the preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC shall endeavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent information about it, but will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase.
The Auctioneer is acting as an agent only and is not responsible for acts of its principals. Auctioneer reserves the right to add or withdraw items from the auction without notice. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any and all bids. On items in which there is a reserve Auctioneer and Owner shall have the right to bid to protect the Sellers interest. Tim Narhi Auctioneer and Associates LLC is not responsible for accidents or items after sold. Michigan 6% sales tax will be applied to purchases where required by state law.

Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC is providing online bidding, where applicable, as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC or anyone else if the service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids. Bidders should not wait until the last minute to bid, in case there is an error with the bidding service. Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items as they deem necessary, and reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.

- SOFT CLOSE = when time is winding down and someone bids the closing time on that lot will be extended by 5 minutes. This will continue until all bidding ceases.
- COLORED CIRCLES (upper left) after you have logged in
+ Green Circle = lots you are winning
+ Yellow Circle = absentee bids
+ Red Circle = lots that you are outbid
+ Blue Circle = your watch list / shows lots you are winning, outbid and just watching
Buyer will pay the Seller directly with Cash or Certified Bank Check payable directly to the Seller (NOT the auction company). Buyer must pay Seller within 5-days after the auction closes. It is the Buyers responsibility to contact the Seller. A 10% buyers premium will be added to all purchases, to be collected by the auction company from the buyers credit card used to register. Failure to pay Seller AND/OR buyers premium may yield a permanent ban from all future auctions until said buyers premium is paid. Bidders and Sellers agree not to engage in activities to intentionally avoid paying Tim Narhi Auctioneer & Associates LLC fees.
*Please note that if you change your credit card information AFTER you registered for the online auction your PREVIOUSLY ENTERED CARD will be charged. Contact our office immediately so the proper credit card can be charged for your purchases.
It is the Buyers responsibility to contact the Seller within 5-days after the auction closes to make arrangements for payment and pickup. Payment will be made directly to the Seller with Cash or Certified Bank Check payable to the Individual Seller (NOT the auction company). A buyer's premium will be added to all purchases, to be collected by the auction company from the buyers credit card used to register. Failure to pay buyers premium may yield a permanent ban from all future auctions until said buyers premium is paid.. It is the Buyers responsibility to ask the Seller if loading is available and if there are any charges.
All items MUST be removed or they may be forfeit without refund. Copy of PAID receipt is required to pick up items. NO items to be removed until full settlement is made. Picture ID required at time of pickup for ALL purchases for confirmation.
Buyer/Rigger must bring a copy of proof of liability insurance in order to remove large machines. Buyer/Rigger is responsible for all waste/oil/substance and any other mess created during removal.
Firearms: The sale & transfer of firearms will follow federal, state, & local laws. Handgun buyers are required to present the proper transfer forms and ccw/cpl license where applicable. Out-of-state firearms buyers are required to transfer any purchases through a current FFL holder in their state of residence. No refunds will be given in the event that a firearm buyer fails to pass a NICS / background check. Familiarize yourself with the current firearms laws before bidding.
